SECOND ALUMNI MEET (08-04-2018) - (2017-18)

It was a proud moment for Aditi Mahavidyalaya to successfully conduct the 2nd Alumni Meet on 8th April 2018 in the college. The event was full of cultural program and interactions between alumni, coordinated by “Brand Biggie Media and Marketing” Company. The total 135alumniparticipated and registered themselves for the alumni association.

The program began with Saraswati Vandana and lamp lightning by the Principal, Dr. Mamta Sharma and faculty members welcoming Alumni Association’s president, Ms. Seema Rani, Secretary Ms. Manisha Pal and Treasurer Ms. Manisha. This was followed by Principal madam’s address to the audience. She announced that an “Alumni Achiever Award” will be started to honour alumni who have great achievements in their professional life. For 2018, the award was given to Chief guest Dr. Anita Bhardwaj who is our distinguished alumni. Our distinguished Alumni, Dr. Anita Bhardwaj, is a Medical Director at a renowned Medical Institute in Dwarka. She has been awarded with various National Awards like Nari Shakti Puraskar, National e-governance Award 2017, Kalpana Chawla Shaurya Award 2018 etc. She along with her team has provided free medical aid to nearly 5600 visitors visiting shrines and peoples affected by natural disasters at high altitude.

Alumni Association president Ms. Seema Rani shared that they are planning to conduct some activities from next year onwards. Association secretary Ms. Manisha Pal shared that association have a Facebook page for Alumni and requested alumnus to connect with this page. Treasurer, Ms. Manisha addressed and thanked faculty and administration for imparting quality education in the college. After that the platform provided to the Alumni to share their views and emotions related to college, teachers and values they have gained from getting educated here. The college feels proud to see their achievements like some of them are working as assistant professor, as politician, as teachers in schools, Delhi police, corporate sector etc. and also pursuing higher studies. The program ended with vote of thanks by Alumni Committee convener Dr. Neerja Deswal.
