The music Department of Aditi   Mahavidyalaya college  was established in 1997. Since then this Department offers a discipline course in Indian Classical Music ( vocal )in B.A. Programme.  At present there are one teaching post  in this department and one teaching skilled post of Tabla accompanist. The curriculum  designed such that its train and enhance the musical  capabilities  of the students by preparing them for higher education . The course  of degree is made in such a way so that students get the knowledge  of Fundamentals of music . Communication and technical skill which are needed to excel as a musicians in future.

The Music room is a great help is enabling the students to acquire the devine art of music . Here they find a space to perform various curriculum and co-curriculum activities, train them and participate in various competitions apart from regular practice. The Music room is a treasure of instruments like -Tanpura , Tabla , Music system , Guitar etc. 

Every year the college celebrates Independence Day , Republic day and the prestigious Annual day. The music Department contribute significantly to these events and the students of the music society put in immense efforts to make every events a success. Towards 2022 Academic session NEP Will Start.
